This Canvas site is designed to be a central hub for all things MPH. Each module has it's own site however there are some resources that are useful to have access to across all year groups and modules. That's what this page is for.

This is a great place to look if you have questions about the course in general or if you need some commonly used resources. Staff will also use this site to send emails out to all Marjon MPH students.

Marjon MPH Communication Policy

University staff will predominantly communicate with students using student email accounts. Personal messages will be sent individually and group (module/course) messages sent using Canvas which will be received in the same student email account. We will also use MS Teams, however this will generally be used in and around individual class sessions.

Course Induction: At the start of each year we run a month long "extended induction". This is a series of tasks to be completed by all students on the taught years of the MPH and allows the year 1 students to get to grips with postgrad study at University and both year 1 and year 2 students to ease themselves into one of the modules that is due to begin in Sept/Oct of the academic year.

Dissertation Planning: The MPH Dissertation is most often undertaken in the third year of the course but it is a great idea to start planning for it at some point in the second year. To help out with this initial process we've produced a series of learning resources to help scaffold your thinking.
